This Refund Policy applies to purchases of ChartVerdict Pro. ChartVerdict Pro is sold through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, who processes payments and refunds on our behalf.

Try Before You Buy

ChartVerdict has a genuinely free tier — the full manual signal engine, a daily Auto-Read, live charts, and every free calculator — so you can evaluate the core product before paying anything. We encourage you to use the free tier first.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with ChartVerdict Pro, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first Pro purchase (Monthly, Annual, or Lifetime). No hard feelings — just email us and we'll process it.

Subscription Renewals

Recurring renewal charges (after your first billing period) are generally non-refundable, because you can cancel at any time to prevent the next renewal. Cancelling stops future billing; your Pro access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. If a renewal charged unexpectedly, contact us within 7 days and we'll review it in good faith.

How to Request a Refund

Email info@paldomzsystems.com from the address you used at checkout, with your order number (from your Lemon Squeezy receipt). Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method by Lemon Squeezy, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

Ebooks & Bonus Content

Bonus ebooks (such as The Chart Signal Bible and The Trader's Dictionary) are included free with Pro and have no separate charge, so there is nothing to refund for them individually.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory refund or consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence, including any statutory cooling-off period for digital purchases.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we'll almost always sort it out faster than a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your Pro access being revoked.
