These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of paldomzsystems.com and the ChartVerdict application (the "Service"), operated by Paldomz Systems ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ChartVerdict is a browser-based educational analysis tool for crypto, forex, and stock traders. It generates a Buy, Sell, or Stand-Aside assessment with suggested stop-loss and take-profit levels based solely on the inputs you provide. The Service is offered on a free tier and a paid "Pro" tier. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time.

2. Not Financial Advice

ChartVerdict is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and is not a signal service, broker, or registered investment adviser. Outputs are estimates generated from your inputs and can be wrong. Trading — especially with leverage — carries a high risk of loss, and you may lose some or all of your capital. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose, and do your own research.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.

4. Your License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own individual use. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, share, publicly host, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source of the Service, or remove any proprietary notices. Pro access is licensed to a single user and may not be shared.

5. Accounts & Data

Some features require you to provide a name and email address. Your journal and trade data are stored locally in your own browser and are not uploaded to our servers. You are responsible for keeping your own backups; clearing your browser data may erase locally stored information.

6. Pricing, Billing & Merchant of Record

ChartVerdict Pro is sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our Merchant of Record. When you purchase Pro, Lemon Squeezy processes your payment, handles applicable taxes, and issues your receipt under their own terms and privacy policy. We do not collect or store your card details. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. Lifetime is a one-time payment with no recurring charge.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, ebooks, and logos, is owned by Paldomz Systems and protected by intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may display or rely on third-party content and providers (for example, TradingView charts, market-data and news APIs, and Lemon Squeezy for payments). We do not control these services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or content. Your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that any result or signal will be profitable.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paldomz Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paldomz Systems from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new revision date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
