Because ChartVerdict only marks a setup as qualified when it passes a fixed filter: a setup score of 60 or higher and the higher timeframe agreeing with the direction. In our simulated backtest, setups that failed either test didn't hold an edge after fees. NEAR MISS means the score is 55–59 with the higher timeframe already agreeing — worth watching; it doesn't meet the rules yet. STAND ASIDE means there's no clean edge. Either way, the Entry Game Plan shows you the setup to wait for. Waiting is part of the edge.

Any coin listed on Binance or Bybit — pick one from the list or type its ticker, and Auto-Read pulls its live candles. Coins that aren't on Binance (Kaspa, for example) are read from Bybit's public market data. Bybit isn't reachable in a few countries; there, Bybit-only coins show a short notice while Binance coins work as normal. Forex, metals and stocks are read through a free Twelve Data key.

One button that runs a whole market on the timeframe you pick (15m to 1w, 4h recommended) through the same engine and filter as Auto-Read: 28 coins + Gold in Crypto mode, the 7 major forex pairs + Gold in Forex mode, or SPY, QQQ and 10 big US stocks in Stocks mode. It sorts them into qualified, near miss and stand aside, and warns you when several setups are really one bet (for example, four trades that are all short the US dollar). Yes — we tested the engine's own logic on real past data: 28 coins + gold, about three years, with the exact gate and exit plan the tool shows, fees, slippage and funding included. On 4h it averaged a small positive edge: about +0.08R per trade (4,392 trades, about 1 in 3 winners — a few big trends pay for many small losses). On 1h it lost about −0.05R per trade after fees, which is why 4h is recommended and 1h reads are labelled “no proven edge”. We also found that a higher setup score did not mean better results, so every qualified setup gets the same 1% risk. That's an honest, modest result — not a money machine. These are hypothetical, simulated results, not real trades: they assume fills at our levels, can't capture every real-world cost, cover one market period, and past results never guarantee future results. Forex and stocks haven't been backtested yet — the public Lab Ledger shows how all three do live.
