Negosyo Manager is built to run on your device and keep your data private. Here's exactly what it uses and why.

Local Storage (how the App works)

The App uses your browser's local storage to save your business records — sales, inventory, receivables, expenses, settings, and so on — directly on your device. This is what lets the App work offline and keeps your data private to you. It is not a tracking cookie: it stays on your device, is not sent to us, and is not used to follow you around the web. If you clear it, your records are erased from that device, so keep your own backups using the App's export feature.

Essential Cookies

The App may use a small number of essential cookies or similar storage strictly to remember basic preferences (for example, light/dark mode or your plan status on this device). These are necessary for the App to function and do not track you.

Third-Party Requests

• Business News tab (optional): when enabled, the App loads public news headlines from third-party sources over the internet. You can turn this off in Settings.
• Payments (coming soon): when paid plans launch, checkout will be handled by a third-party Merchant of Record, which may set its own cookies during purchase, governed by its own policy.

We Don't Use Advertising Trackers

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies in the App. If we ever add website analytics, we will update this notice to say so.

Managing Storage

You can clear the App's local storage and cookies at any time through your browser settings. Doing so will remove your saved data on that device, so export a backup first if you want to keep it.
