Ano ang mangyayari pagkatapos ng 14-day trial?
Hindi mabubura ang data mo. Mananatili kang gumagamit ng Free plan habang-buhay — kasama dito ang POS & resibo, inventory, utang, gastos & e-wallet, customers & suki points, auto-save/recovery/backup, device transfer, encryption & fingerprint lock, basic reports, at hanggang 25 products. Ang mawawala lang (hangga't hindi ka nag-a-upgrade) ay ang Pro extras: unlimited products (higit sa 25), staff/payroll & roles (multi-user), suppliers directory, advanced reports + CSV export, at priority support.
Note: habang wala pang bayad na plano, libre muna ang lahat — walang mawawala kaninuman.
Libre ba talaga ang Negosyo Manager?
Oo — libre para magsimula, walang sign-up. May 14-day full-Pro trial ang bawat bagong user, tapos puwede kang manatili sa Free plan magpakailanman, o mag-upgrade sa Pro anumang oras. Paparating pa ang online payments.
Kailangan ba ng internet?
Hindi. Gumagana ang buong POS kahit walang internet. Nasa device mo lang ang data — hindi ito pumupunta sa server namin. Walang monthly cloud fee.
Saan naka-save ang data ko? Ligtas ba?
Naka-save ito sa device mo lang. Automatic ang save sa bawat entry, may on-device recovery points, at one-tap backup. Puwede mo ring i-encrypt ang data gamit ang PIN/password (may fingerprint unlock). Mag-download ng backup nang regular — walang app na 100% secure, kaya importante ang backup.
Paano kung bumili ako ng bagong phone?
Gamitin ang Device Transfer: sa lumang phone, gumawa ng 6-digit code at ipadala ang secure na file sa bagong phone; sa bago, i-import at i-type ang code. Lilipat ang buong negosyo mo — walang cloud, encrypted ang file.
Official BIR receipt ba ang resibo dito?
Hindi. Ang resibo ay para sa reference/acknowledgment lang, hindi official BIR receipt. Puwede kang maglagay ng sarili mong DTI/permit details sa resibo, pero ito ay self-entered — hindi ito government verification.
Para saang klaseng negosyo ito?
Kahit anong maliit na negosyo: sari-sari store, online seller, karinderya/food, services/freelance, o rentals/lodging. Nag-a-adjust ang menu ayon sa uri ng negosyo mo (Settings → Business Type).
Tungkol sa Lifetime (one-time, yours forever)
Ano ang kasama sa Lifetime? May expiration ba? May limit ba?
Kasama ang lahat ng Pro features: unlimited products, staff/payroll & roles, suppliers, advanced reports + CSV. Walang expiration — one-time bayad, habang-buhay. Walang artificial limit sa products, customers, o transactions (ang tanging hangganan ay ang storage ng device mo).
Libre ba ang lahat ng future updates at features?
Oo. Lahat ng updates at bagong features na idaragdag sa Negosyo Manager ay kasama nang libre, habang-buhay — walang dagdag na bayad.
May support ba?
Oo — libreng email support (best-effort) habang inaalok ang app. Email kami sa info@paldomzsystems.com. At dahil offline ang app, gumagana pa rin ito kahit walang katanungan.
Kapag nagsara ang developer, magagamit pa ba ang app?
Oo, gagana pa rin. Offline at nasa device mo ang app at data — hindi ito nakadepende sa server namin. Kahit tumigil kami o mawalan ng internet, patuloy itong gumagana sa naka-install mong device. Kaya importante ang regular na backup at ang Device Transfer kapag lumipat ng phone.
Downloadable/offline ba? Mananatili bang compatible ang backup?
Oo sa dalawa. Installable offline app ito (PWA). Ang backup/export ay nasa standard na format (JSON/.nmbackup at CSV) na mananatiling nababasa at pwedeng i-import ulit.
Kasama ba ang PC, Android, at iPhone?
Oo — iisang app na naka-install sa Windows PC, Android, at iPhone/iPad. Isang Lifetime, gamit sa iyong mga device.
"Own it forever" — ano ang ibig sabihin nito?
Ibig sabihin, may lifetime license ka na gamitin ang app habang-buhay sa iyong sariling mga device (walang expiry, walang monthly). Pero para maging malinaw: hindi kasama rito ang pagmamay-ari ng software mismo o ng source code. Bawal ang kopyahin, i-resell, i-redistribute, o ibahagi ang app o ang license key mo. Ang buong software at karapatang-ari (IP) ay pag-aari ng Paldomz Systems.
May bagong bayad na major version ba balang-araw?
Ang Negosyo Manager na binili mo ay habang-buhay at patuloy na ino-update nang libre. Kung sakaling gumawa kami ng ganap na hiwalay na bagong produkto balang-araw, maaaring hiwalay iyong bayad — pero mananatiling sa iyo at gumagana ang Lifetime app mo, walang mawawala.

🔐 App Locks
Two simple locks, each with a clear job. For the strongest option (encrypts your data + fingerprint), use Settings → Security instead.
Locks the app when you step away. Anyone who opens the app must type this to get in.
The owner's approval PIN. Required to delete a receivable (utang), to Start Over, and to unlock if the app PIN is forgotten. Keep it private — don't give it to cashiers.
Removes the 4-digit app unlock PIN so the app opens without a lock. Requires the Owner PIN if one is set.

📊 Dashboard
Stats Cards — Shows today's sales, profit, product count, monthly sales, total utang, and today's expenses at a glance.
Daily Sales Goal — Click ⚙️ Set Goal to enter your target. The progress bar fills as you make sales during the day.
7-Day Chart — Bar chart of your last 7 days of sales. Gold bar = today, red = past days.
Capital Recovery — Tracks how much of your starting capital (set in Settings) has been recovered through cumulative profit minus expenses.
Recent Sales & Top Products — Shows today's last 5 sales and your best-selling products today.
🌙 End of Day Summary — Tap this button at closing time to see a full daily summary: total sales, cash vs utang, profit, expenses, and top sellers.
💡 Tip: The Dashboard auto-refreshes whenever you switch back to it. No need to reload the page.
📦 Inventory
Add Product — Fill in Product Name, Category, Unit, Cost Price (your buying price), Selling Price (what you charge customers), and Stock Qty. Click 💾 Save Product.
Low Stock Alert — Set the "Low Stock Alert At" number (e.g. 5). When stock drops to or below this, the Dashboard shows a warning.
Barcode / SKU — Optional. You can type a product code for reference (not a scanner — just for your notes).
Edit Product — Click ✏️ on any product to load it into the form above. Make changes, then click 💾 Save.
Restock — Click the green + button next to a product to add stock. Enter how many pieces/packs to add.
Stock History — Switch to the 📋 Stock History tab to see every restock, sale deduction, and adjustment.
Export CSV — Downloads your full product list as a spreadsheet you can open in Excel or Google Sheets.
💡 Tip: The 🥇🥈🥉 badges next to product names show your all-time best sellers based on total quantity sold.
🛒 Sales (POS)
Making a Sale — Tap any product from the left panel to add it to the cart. Use + / − buttons to adjust quantity. Enter the customer's payment amount, then click ✅ Complete Sale.
Change Calculation — Enter the amount tendered in "Customer Payment" and the change is calculated automatically.
Discount, Channel & Payment — Add a peso discount (or tick 🧓 Senior/PWD 20%), pick the sale channel (Walk-in, Facebook, Shopee…) and payment method (Cash, GCash, Maya, Bank, Card). These show up in Reports breakdowns.
Receivable (Utang) Sales — Check "📒 Record as Receivable (Utang)?", enter the customer's name, then complete the sale. It records in both Sales History and the Receivables tab.
Sales History — Scroll down to see all past sales. Click 👁️ to view details or void a transaction. Voiding restores the stock.
Receipt — Print / Save Image / Share — After each sale a receipt pops up. 📤 Share opens your phone's share sheet (Messenger, Viber, email), 🖼️ Save Image downloads a PNG you can screenshot or send, 🖨️ Print for a paper copy.
🧾 Quick Receipt — In Sales, tap 🧾 Quick Receipt to bill a customer without ringing a POS sale — perfect for online orders.
🌙 End of Day — Tap End of Day to reconcile your cash drawer: it shows expected cash by payment method vs. what you counted.
💡 Tip: Products with 0 stock are hidden from the POS list automatically so you can't accidentally sell what you don't have.
🚚 Orders (Online Selling)
New Order — Record an order from any channel: customer, items, shipping fee, courier + tracking #, and payment status. Save it and track fulfillment.
Status Pipeline — Move an order forward with ➡️ Pack → Ship → Deliver. Mark 💰 Paid when payment lands. Generate a 🧾 Invoice to send the buyer.
Record as Sale — When an order is Delivered, tap ✅ Record Sale to log it into Sales (and deduct stock for matching products).
🧑🤝🧑 Customers — Save customers once; the app tracks their orders, total spent, and any balance owed.
📒 Receivables (Utang / To Collect)
Add Receivable — Enter customer name, amount, description of items, and date. Click 📒 Record Receivable.
Aging Badges — Colored badges show how old the utang is: 🟢 Green = within 7 days, 🟡 Yellow = 8–30 days, 🔴 Red = over 30 days (overdue).
Record Payment — Click 💳 Pay next to a customer to record a partial or full payment. The remaining balance updates automatically.
Reminder Message — Click 💬 to generate a ready-to-send Filipino SMS/Messenger reminder message for that customer. Tap 📋 Copy to copy it.
Filter — Use All / Unpaid / Paid buttons to filter the list. Use the search bar to find a specific customer.
💸 Expenses
Add Expense — Enter description (e.g. "Meralco Bill"), category, amount, and date. Click 💸 Record Expense.
Categories — Choose from Utilities, Restocking, Rent, Transportation, Salaries, Supplies, or Others.
Summary Cards — See Today, This Week, and This Month totals at the top of the list.
💡 Tip: Recording expenses is important — your Net Profit in Reports = Gross Profit minus Expenses. Don't skip this!
👥 Tauhan (Personnel)
Add Staff — Enter name, role, date hired, daily wage, pay type (Daily/Weekly/Monthly), and contact info.
Attendance — Switch to the 📅 Attendance tab. Select date + staff + status (Present, Absent, Half Day, Rest Day) and click Record.
Loans / Advance — Track cash advances in the 💳 Loans tab. Set status to "Deduct from salary" to auto-deduct in payroll.
Payroll — Switch to 💰 Payroll, select a month, and click Generate. It calculates gross pay based on attendance days and deducts any salary-deductible loans.
🏭 Suppliers
Add Supplier — Record supplier name, contact person, phone, products they supply, delivery schedule, and payment terms.
Call Button — If a phone number is saved, a 📞 Call button appears so you can call directly from your phone browser.
💡 Tip: Use the Notes field to write delivery days, minimum orders, or any special arrangements.
📈 Reports
Quick Periods — Click Daily, Weekly, or Monthly to auto-set the date range and generate a report.
Custom Range — Set any From / To date and click 📊 Generate for a custom period report.
Report Shows — Total Sales, Gross Profit, Total Expenses, Net Income, Transaction count, Average per Sale, Top 10 selling products, and a day-by-day breakdown.
Print — Click 🖨️ Print to print the current report (nav and buttons are hidden in print mode).
💰 Profit Tab
Profit Calculator — Enter Selling Price, Cost Price, Quantity, and Other Expenses to see Gross Profit, Net Profit, Margin %, Revenue, and Total Cost.
Mark-Up Price Finder — Enter your cost and the profit margin % you want, and it will compute the correct selling price.
Inventory Value — Shows cost value and retail value of your entire inventory grouped by category.
📅 Calendar
Add Events — Schedule purchases, bill payments, deliveries, paydays, maintenance, and more. Click any date on the calendar to pre-fill the date field.
Reminders — Enable notifications and check "1 day before" or "3 days before" to get browser notifications. The browser must be open for notifications to fire.
PH Holidays — Philippine public holidays for 2025–2026 are pre-loaded. They appear as gold highlights on the calendar.
Dashboard Widget — Upcoming events within 7 days appear on the Dashboard automatically.
⚙️ Settings
Store Info — Set your store name, owner name, address, contact number, and starting capital. These appear on receipts and the header.
🔐 App Locks — Two PINs with clear jobs: the App unlock PIN (locks the app when you step away) and the Owner PIN (approves deleting receivables & Start Over). Both optional; set them here.
💾 Backup — Click "Backup All Data (JSON)" to save all your data to a file. Save it to Google Drive, USB, or email it to yourself.
⬆ Restore — Click "Restore from Backup" and select a previously saved JSON file to recover all data on any device/browser.
⚠️ Clear All Data — Permanently deletes everything. Always backup first! This cannot be undone.
💡 Important: Your data is saved in your browser's local storage. Clearing browser data or using a different browser will lose your data. Backup regularly!
🔐 PIN Lock & Security
Two simple locks — There are just two: the App unlock PIN (opens the app) and the Owner PIN (approves deletions & Start Over). Set both in Settings → Store Information → 🔐 App Locks. Staff sign-in PINs only appear if you add cashiers.
App unlock PIN — A 4-digit PIN that locks the app when you step away. Optional; leave blank to skip.
Owner PIN — The owner's approval PIN (4–8 digits). Required to delete a receivable (utang), to Start Over, and to unlock if the app PIN is forgotten. Don't give it to cashiers.
Strongest option — For full protection (encrypts your data at rest + fingerprint unlock), use Settings → Security instead. Note: encryption has no password reset, so keep backups.
Locking the Screen — Click 🔓 in the header → "🔐 Lock Screen". The app is hidden behind the PIN screen.
Forgot the app PIN? — Use the Owner PIN to get back in. If encryption is on, only the encryption PIN/password (or fingerprint) can unlock — there is no reset, so keep backups.
